Terms of Service

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and use Graphite in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for your account, its security, and activity performed through it.

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You grant Graphite the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to provide it.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights or permission needed to upload, use, and share any licensed or otherwise protected material through Graphite.

If you share licensed material with another person, you must ensure that each recipient is also licensed or otherwise authorized to access and use that material. Access to material through Graphite does not grant a recipient any additional license or usage rights.

Suspected misuse may be reported to us. We may investigate a report and, where appropriate, restrict access to or remove the material, suspend or terminate accounts, and take other action required by law or necessary to protect rights holders and the service.

• Do not break the law or infringe another person's rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or bypass the service.
• Do not access accounts, data, or systems without permission.
• Do not use Graphite to distribute harmful or deceptive content.

AI-generated output can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing it before relying on or sharing it, especially for important academic, professional, or personal decisions.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may set reasonable service limits. We aim to keep Graphite available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You may stop using Graphite at any time. We may restrict or end access if you materially violate these terms, create risk for other users, or when required by law.

Graphite is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To that same extent, Graphite is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
